What is a “prima donna?” A prima donna is a term originating in the opera, the name given to the leading female singer in the company. “Prime Donne” (pl.) often had grand off-stage personalities and were seen as demanding of their colleagues and difficult, negative, and even disruptive. Which is how the term became a colloquialism. You know the type. Sadly, we do, too.
Here is the deal: in Enthusiasm Academy, there is nothing BUT superstars so the egocentric thought that you are somehow exceptional or special in this group will not allow you to be honest, to be vulnerable, to be collaborative, to share, and to grow because you will be too busy competing with everyone or too concerned with saving face to actually let yourself learn something.

OK, so… I know you hold a very successful position and are not lying when you say you are overwhelmed, unsure of what’s next in your life, struggling with issues at work, and feeling guilty for jumping into a program that will REQUIRE your attendance for 3 hours per month and ONE WHOLE RETREAT.
Tough love moment: you have got to be kidding me with that. If you think you can’t take 3 days off in one year for clarity and focused work and can’t commit to just 3 hours per month to learn and uplevel and MULTIPLY YOUR REVENUE AND INCOME and elevate your soul, then I say this respectfully, but the problem isn’t your job, or kids, nor time itself. Ask yourself 2 questions:

- what are your dreams worth to you?
